Our bakers start each day bright and early to bring you a wide selection of breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other treats, made in-house, from scratch. Stop by our stores or order online.
Fresh Baked Bread
Fresh Bread is baked daily at Green Fields Market. Loaves are available to purchase in our stores. We use our breads for our Deli sandwiches (gluten-free options, not made in-house, are available for Deli sandwiches, too).
Pastries
Our daily pastry selections include buttery croissants, danishes, muffins, scones, and a wide range of cookies, cakes, pies, quick breads, fruit crisps, and granolas! We also have options made without gluten-containing ingredients.
Custom Made Cakes
The Bakery at Green Fields Market employs professional bakers who make cakes from scratch every day, with homemade frostings, flavorings, and toppings, and custom decorations as well. You can order a cake online below or at the bakery counter, call our bakery at 413-773-9567, ext. 9, or email the Bakery manager Michael here. Ask about our flavoring and decorating options! Most cakes can be made gluten-free and/or vegan on request.

- Friday: Challah and Whole Wheat Sourdough
- Saturday: Sourdough, Onion Cheddar Rosemary, and Khorasan
- Sunday: Country Levain
