Ingredients
1 bunch kale (I prefer Lacinato, but you can use what you like)
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
DRESSING: Mix all together in a small bowl – adjust to your taste:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin & coriander Instructions
Instructions
1. Pour over kale and give it a good massage.
2. Add the hemp seeds and nutritional yeast and stir to mix.
3. Add maple syrup to taste, cut up avocados, and pumpkin seeds (optional).
