DESCRIPTION:Schug is a bright green and delicious condiment. Pronounced with the guttural ‘ch’ as in ‘Bach’ – like “schoog”. The taste is spicy in both senses of the word – it’s SO savory and packed with flavor and has an edge but is pretty mild. It’s all about the flavor. A blend of cilantro and chili peppers. Eat it with everything; straight up as a salsa\, spice up some eggs\, flavor to a sandwich\, add to pasta for a spicy ‘pesto’\, or a meat or fish rub.
