SUMMARY:Nutrition Workshop & Store Tour with The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts
DESCRIPTION:This fun and interactive workshop will start in the co-op community room and end with a store tour of Green Fields Market. The Food Bank staff will review nutrition labels and guidelines\, and we’ll try a recipe featuring citrus fruits. After the workshop we will have a tour of Green Fields Market including tips on buying Bulk\, reading store shelf tags\, and learning more about Co-op Basics. Everyone who attends will go home with a free goodie bag including a $10 FCC gift card\, free cooking utensils\, recipes and new ideas to inspire healthy eating.\nRegistration is limited to 12 spots.
